Career Change By Taking That Leap

Do you feel trapped in a job that you would really love to leave?  Well, here’s the thing.  If you want to have a big career change then first you need to allow yourself to dream big. As Goethe said, “Whatever you can do or dream you can do, begin it! Boldness has genius and power and magic in it!”

We all have unique talents and gifts.  There is no other person in the world quite like you! What is your passion, what do you love doing?  Your values are the principles that are most dear to you. Are you clear what is important to you in your career change? For example, is status or prestige important in your new job?  Would you prefer to work with an ethical employer who puts green energy first? Where your passion, interests, values and skills coincide is where you will find your purpose.

What is your vision for your life and your career?  What goals will get you there?  It may surprise you to know that only 3% of the population have goals and only 1% have written goals. We spend more time planning our holidays than planning our lives. However, successful people write down their goals and follow an action plan to achieve them.  They invest in themselves to get the support they need along the way, recognizing that a career change is not easy to achieve alone.

Changing your career may mean leaving your comfort zone and taking a leap into the unknown. As your career coach I can help you with that leap to enable you to work in the career of your dreams.  Find out how I can help you by going to: www.careerchangeat40.com/services or www.careerchangeat40.com/signature-programme
